was born from a morning routine of, upon waking, placing one hand to my heart and the other to my gut and practicing the great art of being still.
This posture signals to my body and mind a connection between my thinking parts and the spacious possibility of my body moving into a brand new day. Within this space, I would whisper internally to the Universe…

While your experience with such a practice will surely offer different answers than what came through for me, I am hoping there is something helpful in what you find within these pages.
My desire is that you are offered some support and encouragement in your human journey through my own simple and unsophisticated connection with the divine in the early moments of waking up and listening.
This book is intended to be one that you can flip through when your heart is hungry for a hit of truth. May it serve you as honestly as the process of receiving it and birthing it has served me.
